They all include diet and nutritional advice, tailored programmes to suit you, realistic goal setting, an initial fitness test and measurement assessments and all the care you require 24 hours a day.
The price of each month depends on how many 1:1 session you’d like.
£80 a month – Includes 4 personal training sessions for the month.
£140 a month – Includes 8 personal trainer sessions for the month. This works out at less than £20 an hour!
£210 a month – Includes 12 personal training sessions for the month. This works out at £17.50 an hour! Bargain!
If you want to work out with a partner or friends, I also offer discounts for couple and small group training.
